The emphasis of our website is to provide you with the information needed to make an informed choice for your child's Charm, Etiquette, and Modeling

In brief, you should know the following about us:
TLC Charm was established in 2008 in the city of Philadelphia, PA and has been successfully providing outstanding Charm, Etiquette
and Modeling training for young ladies, ages 4 to 17, ever since. One of our specialties is in the area of helping parents
/ guardians to instill good manners, poise and confidence in their children. Our students particularly value the sense
of fun and acceptance they share while attending our program.
We would be remiss if we didn't mention Sayers Memorial United Methodist Church, which
has encouraged TLC Charm since it's inception! Reverend Stephen L. Wallace, the Church Board, and it's Members
graciously allowed us to hold our Saturday classes and Summer Modeling Camp in the Church's spacious Community Hall which
features a runway! We are truly grateful to Sayers Memorial United Methodist Church for their belief in us, our students,
and our Program!
